The Six-Step Lifecycle

Every allocation follows the same verified path

Each step is documented in your client portal, so compliance, assay evidence and custody title can be audited at any point.

    Client profile & accredited KYC

    Register on the XEN Mineral Assets platform with your entity or representative details to establish compliance and buyer verification.

  2. 02

    Bilateral NDCA agreement

    Execute mutual Non-Circumvention Non-Disclosure terms to protect proprietary concession coordinates, pricing, and buyer identities.

  3. 03

    Select mineral mandate

    Choose between rough emerald parcels, certified cut gemstones, producing concession equity, or refined bullion allocations.

  4. 04

    Laboratory assay & geological review

    Inspect independent gemological grading (GIA, Gübelin, CDTEC) and certified Zambian Ministry of Mines assay reports.

  5. 05

    Private viewing & vault inspection

    Conduct physical stone inspections under secure conditions at bonded freeports in Zurich, Dubai, or Ndola.

  6. 06

    Vault SKR or armored delivery

    Receive an internationally recognized Safe Keeping Receipt (SKR) or arrange Lloyd's-insured armored delivery via Brinks Global.
