Eligibility

Onboarding and Trading Services
Service Scope
XEN Mineral Assets provides client onboarding and account-route guidance. We do not hold client funds, execute trades, and are not a broker, custodian, bank, exchange, or deposit-taking institution, or financial adviser.
Broker Handoff & Asset Routes
After onboarding, your selected route — Direct Traders, Account Management and Copy Trading, or Physical Mineral Concessions — continues through your broker, depository custodian, or program provider. Account approval, custody, deposits, withdrawals, and execution remain with the broker or regulated vault custodian.
Risk Disclosure
User Content
Ownership
You retain ownership of content you upload or create. By submitting content, you grant XEN Mineral Assets a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it as necessary to provide our services.
Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you submit. XEN Mineral Assets does not endorse or assume liability for user content.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Termination
XEN Mineral Assets may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, including for violation of these terms.
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
No Warranties

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, XEN Mineral Assets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
